      Esoterica collects attendees' first and last names, email addresses, and phone numbers in a secure manner that complies with established guidelines for outdoor camping festivals. Additionally, the country of origin is required solely for billing purposes. 

Purpose of Data Collection

       Esoterica is legally obligated to collect this information due to the distinct nature of the event venue. Our contract with The Music Camp mandates comprehensive measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants throughout the event's duration. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as guidelines set forth by insurance providers, property owners, and event organizers, is strictly enforced. The safety of our attendees remains our highest priority. Esoterica Events and The Music Camp are prohibited from disclosing, sharing, selling, or otherwise utilizing attendees' contact information in accordance with all applicable data privacy regulations.
